The activity was cancelled at 2 AM while we were sleeping. They were supposed to give us an update, but instead of going to Dubai, they took us to Abu Dhabi. The guide was lovely, and it wasn't his fault; he tried his best to make us feel comfortable and did his job very well. But the problem lies with the supplier, who didn't handle the situation well. In the message, they said it was an update, not that they were canceling the activity, and without any advance notice. With less than 10 hours' notice.

Não houve experiência. O fornecedor cancelou o serviço e disse pra eu resolver com a civitatis. Mandei mensagem pra vcs no chat duas vezes e no instagram e ninguém me respondeu nada!

¡Gracias a Hossam por su excelente Translate this opinion into English.

We took this tour to get an overview of Dubai and were very happy with the logistics. The hotel pickup was impeccable. However, what truly stood out was our guide Hossam's knowledge. His friendliness and the depth of information he shared were top-notch. The only area for improvement is the itinerary: we felt that iconic stops like Palm Island were missing. If they adjust the route to include more sites, the tour would be perfect. Thank you to Hossam for his excellent work! Opinion translated. Show original.

The round trip from Abu Dhabi to Dubai was tiring...the driver didn't speak Spanish, so I kept quiet. However, the Dubai tour itself was very comprehensive and interesting, with a guide (Hossam) who spoke perfect Spanish, was friendly, fun, and explained many interesting facts and peculiarities.

Translate this opinion into English.

To visit all the places offered within the allotted time, it is necessary to spend a significant portion of the tour on board the bus. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, the route and its duration are shown on our website so that customers can consult it before booking. Opinion translated. Show original.

It wasn't what we expected. The desert tour was great, but the vehicle we were traveling in had no air conditioning. We visited Dubai and didn't even see the Burj Khalifa. Between the Museum of the Future and the Spice Islands tour, we only had 20 minutes. We couldn't even eat; it was poorly organized.

Muchas gracias... Translate this opinion into English.

The tour was only good because of the personality and competence of our guide, Oussama. Otherwise, it would be average. The tour should have included essential Dubai attractions, such as the Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Mall, and a visit to the Museum of the Future. I also want to highlight the friendliness and professionalism of our driver, Rahoff, who transported us from Abu Dhabi to Dubai for this tour. Thank you very much. Opinion translated. Show original.

Hello First of all, thank you for organizing the tour in French as planned. The transport to Dubai was very good and the driver was very friendly. The guide was also very pleasant in Dubai. What we liked less was that the tour in Dubai is too quick and too superficial. Two photo stops at the hotels, a short visit to the lobby of the technology museum, a visit to the mosque, and a brief walk through the souks. All of this is very little for 100€

Translate this opinion into English.

Excellent service, the driver took us to Dubai where we met our Egyptian guide Samed and another couple of participants. The tour was well organized and the guide was friendly and very knowledgeable, we were very satisfied. We were also able to add the ascent to the Burj Khalifa which was not initially planned and it was worth it. Highly recommended if you have little time to visit the city and want to deepen your knowledge a bit. Opinion translated. Show original.
