The meeting point was wrong, so we wasted an hour going around in circles; it wasn't a good experience.

Translate this opinion into English.

The Heineken tour is self-guided; you only listen to certain audio guides, but it's all part of the experience. The beer was very good, but I expected more from this experience. As for the boat trip, it was very basic and simple. The directions for boarding the boat weren't very clear. Again, everything is done via audio guides. Very basic for what you paid.

Heineken is okay, not bad, but not something I'd repeat, mainly because I don't like beer. The boat trip isn't bad, but it's poorly signposted. Civitatis gives you the wrong address, and that's where the activity ends. On top of that, when you ask people, they tell you that since the company name isn't listed, you don't know who it is. I found out by chance; it's Lovers. Otherwise, you'll go crazy because there are so many of them.

They should have a Spanish-speaking guide for groups; the audio guide is a failure because you miss a lot of the explanations they give live. After the tour, we were supposed to take a boat trip, but they should indicate that it departs from the other side of town, not from the dock right in front of the factory. Because of the terrible directions, we missed the boat and couldn't do the activity. The distance between the two points was a 38-minute walk.

The Heineken experience was great. However, the boat tour wasn't what we expected. According to the email Civitatis sent us, the boat was supposed to depart from a certain point, which we waited for almost an hour to reach. When it finally arrived, the boat didn't stop there. We had to go to the other side of the city to catch the boat, and we were lucky enough to find out because the designated boarding points provided by Civitatis weren't available.

The experience itself was nice, but the voucher instructions are wrong and we almost missed the tour. The voucher indicates that you can board at several different points, when in fact the only boarding and disembarking point is near the central station. Another thing is that it is not clear that the cruises are from Lovers and not from Heineken; until then we had understood that it was from Heineken and, since the Heineken Experience was associated, the disembarkation would be near the factory, which was not the case.

We weren't able to take the boat trip because the boat didn't show up on time, not even half an hour late. Furthermore, the ticket office where we were supposed to be was closed, so we couldn't ask questions or get any information. So, after skipping the excursion, we went to the Heneken Experience, where we did have the opportunity to visit. I've attached a photo, which I shared with your colleagues the same day, at that time.

They say the boat ride is at 10:30 but the guy at the stop told us it's a lie, the first one is at 11:30, which meant we couldn't enjoy the boat ride, we only had the Heineken

Translate this opinion into English.

The activities were great, but I think that the description of the activity should be clearer about the distances between the boat ride and the Heineken experience, because at the time of purchase it is not information that is clearly shown. Because of this I almost missed the entrance to the Heineken as I had selected little time between the two activities. I did the boat ride first and I would recommend at least two hours of separation between activities, my tour lasted an hour and a half. Opinion translated. Show original.

The Heineken Experience, very good. A very cool and different experience. The most negative thing is that although in the part of the boat trip through the canal it gives you the address, it does not give you the boat or the company it is with, so if you are very tight on time you may not get to this part . We arrived just in time for this reason, but afterwards the walk was very good.

Translate this opinion into English.

Deberían mejorar esa parte y facilitar auriculares.

It's a shame since it's a nice activity but the 2 hours in English for those of us who don't understand the explanatory part was a glob. I saw a lack of a guide in Spanish or headphones to translate since in any tour they provide it for you. They should improve that part and provide headphones.

A medida qje avanzamos mejoró.

The truth is that the boat ride left a little to be desired, a simple and calm ride. On the other hand, for the Heineken experience, I recommend that you bring headphones for your mobile phone so that you can listen to the explanations in your language, since if you don't have a good level of English you won't understand anything. On the other hand, the organization is a bit of a disaster, since there were a lot of people and a crowd formed and we couldn't see anything that was explained. As we went along, it got better.

Translate this opinion into English.
