Recomiendo 100%. We booked the tour through Civitatis. They notify you by email of the exact location to board the boat, as there are many. Our boat was from the Legend company. We arrived half an hour early to secure a spot on board... and there were already a lot of people waiting, so I recommend arriving well in advance if you want a good place. The view of the illuminated monuments at night is spectacular and an activity you definitely shouldn't miss during your visit to Budapest. I highly recommend it. Opinion translated. Show original.

The boat trip was incredible. We timed our booking to coincide with the lighting of the parliament building, and it couldn't have been more spectacular. The only downside was the lack of any order when boarding the boat. You enter from a room, without any corridor or tape. We arrived at the dock almost an hour early, but we couldn't get on board first because of the pushing and shoving. It was very overwhelming. It would be good to put up tape to create a designated walkway.

Translate this opinion into English.

Translate this opinion into English.

The night cruise is perfect for admiring the beauty of the city lights at night. We thoroughly enjoyed this trip. However, if you want a seat on the upper deck or a good spot, I recommend arriving more than half an hour before departure. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Good route, but one group got on the wrong boat and we had to turn around to take them to the correct one, so the audio guide kept explaining things we couldn't see. Otherwise, it was fine. The explanation could have focused more on historical facts. Opinion translated. Show original.

Estuvo buena. Translate this opinion into English.

It was great. The audio guide in Spanish was very helpful and perfectly synchronized with the monuments and/or parts of the city we passed by on the river. I would recommend this activity because the illuminated buildings look beautiful. The only problem was that we happened to be caught in a terrible downpour, and the boat windows fogged up a bit, which sometimes made it difficult to see. However, that wasn't the fault of the cruise company; it was due to the weather. Opinion translated. Show original.

Hermoso! Translate this opinion into English.

It's worth it! They give you a choice of alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink. The explanations are very clear, and the views are beautiful. The staff is very attentive and respectful. The entrance is difficult for people with mobility issues because it's a steep but smooth descent (you can ask for help). Beautiful! Opinion translated. Show original.

Experiencia perfecta. Translate this opinion into English.

Perfect experience. We went at 9:20 PM, and there was nobody there (Tuesday). No problem choosing a seat or boarding. The audio guide is perfectly understandable. I've seen other reviews saying it doesn't match what you're seeing. You have to watch the screen on the boat and follow the audio guide, although ours was pretty much in line with what we were seeing at that moment. The only thing I would say is to dress warmly if you choose the boat that leaves after 8 PM. Opinion translated. Show original.

I wouldn't pay the €25 per person again, as the cruise wasn't what I expected. If you're hoping to take photos on deck without the ship's windows in the frame, forget it, because the deck area is tiny. Or, arrive an hour early to be among the first 5-10 people. The audio guide was very boring and the Spanish was quite poor. And if you find cruises with the same amenities for much less, that's all the more reason not to take this one.

Translate this opinion into English.

Imágenes no actualizadas.

The audio did not match what was being seen. Outdated images. Occasionally uninteresting information (hotels that were not visible, for example). It would be better to focus on the buildings that were being seen and their current use. An example of this is Buda Castle; its current use and the state it is in at this moment were not mentioned.

Los he hecho mejores.

I had higher expectations regarding the check-in time and seat assignments. I also booked it in Spanish, but it was completely unreliable. They give you headphones, and if you have to ask a question, they have no idea because they don't know the language. For €25, which is what it cost me, I'm not convinced.

Translate this opinion into English.

The boat was great, we boarded quickly, the waitresses served us drinks, and the views were incredible. On the other hand, I wouldn't choose this option because of the audio guide; it doesn't explain things at the pace you're seeing them, always in front of or behind, and it's hard to keep up. Translate this opinion into English.

The tour is very nice because the city is magnificent at night. The organization is good, and the complimentary drink is also a great idea. One thing to note is that the audio guide has a very low volume, but above all, the explanation doesn't follow the route taken, and many buildings along the way aren't described as you might expect. La navigazione è stata molto bella e l’audioguida chiara. Abbiamo trovato disorganizzazione all’imbarco.

The navigation was very beautiful and the audio guide was clear. We found disorganization at the boarding. We arrived at the gate an hour early to be among the first to board. We were not told when to disembark, meanwhile, the people behind us went through another gate, nullifying the line we had formed.

Translate this opinion into English.

Night cruise on the Danube, Budapest. Good company, modern and comfortable boats. The smallest one, however, has very few open-air seats on the upper deck. Good service and the complimentary drink was adequate. Guaranteed views for taking as many photos and videos as you want, such as Buda Hill and the Hungarian Parliament Building. Note that they turn off the lights around 10 pm, depending on the date. Opinion translated. Show original.

Overall, it was a positive experience. Good service, a nice touch offering a drink, and acceptable seating. What lowered the rating was the discrepancy between the audio description and the building it referred to.

Translate this opinion into English.

The cruise was amazing. The boat was very large and beautiful. A drink is included in the price, whether it's beer, wine, or soft drink. The views are spectacular, and it's worth arriving early to get a seat on the upper deck. There's an audio guide in many languages that tells you stories and interesting facts about each monument. It's a highly recommended experience, especially at the beginning of your trip, to get a sense of the city. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

A very nice activity; in our case, we did it at night. Although it includes an audio guide, and depending on your location on the boat, the viewing experience can be more or less comfortable, this activity explains many iconic and important aspects of the city and provides beautiful photo opportunities. A drink is included, which is a bonus. Opinion translated. Show original.

An evening tour at sunset (which, however, is not visible because the sun is hidden by the Buda hills) is still a wonderful experience. The audio guide provides excellent explanations, and the duration is perfect (an hour). In our case, however, when we arrived in front of the parliament, which is a spectacular sight when lit up at night, another huge boat parked in front of us, and we didn't fully enjoy the view (our boat would have only slowed down a bit and moved behind us to get a good view of the monument). Lovely night time river cruise. Slightly spoiled by people walking around and blocking the views to take pictures away from their seats. Also a lot of the headphones didn't work and the ones that did the audio wasn't very clear on what it was referring to so I didn't know where to look. Would still do it again though!

Thank you for your feedback regarding the river cruise. We apologize for the issues you experienced with the headphones and the audio clarity. Your comments are valuable to us, and we will work to improve these aspects for future guests.

Tutto bene. Personale molto gentile.

All good. Only the audio guide system changed a couple of times, and even when it was working, the volume was too low. The content also seemed unrelated, and when explaining the buildings, he often didn't specify which side of the river to look from to locate them. Very friendly staff.
