He provided us with a wealth of information, explained every detail clearly, and patiently answered all our questions. Translate this opinion into English.

The tour was well-organized; we didn't have to worry about anything because they had everything covered. The staff was very friendly and eager to accommodate our every need. Translate this opinion into English.

The Great Museum is an exceptional place, but without a guide, it's easy to only grasp the simplest and most immediate things. With a cultured and knowledgeable guide like Ibrahim, who speaks more than fluent Italian, it becomes a truly unique experience. The transfer service, coordinated by Bishoy, was excellent, flexible, and responsive to our needs. Thanks again for everything. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

An extraordinary visit thanks to our guide, Amr, a highly knowledgeable Egyptologist who enriched the tour with detailed and insightful explanations. The tour's brisk pace was crucial: it allowed us to see everything in the most efficient way and, most importantly, avoid the crowds, allowing us to enjoy the museum's spaces in complete tranquility. Highly recommended for those seeking expertise and excellent logistical management. Opinion translated. Show original.

The experience is very comfortable as you have a guide who speaks Italian, the museum is very large and therefore it is impossible to see everything calmly (keep that in mind). We were then taken to the "palace of perfumes" where it is not mandatory to buy (but in a way, you sense that there is no escape). Unfortunately, in the shop, all the POS were not working (oops), so payment in euros is requested (with the exchange done roughly, obviously to their advantage).

Translate this opinion into English.

Our guide Mohammed explained everything to us in detail. He was very attentive to us, and we even did the tour with him alone. He took photos of us and gave us plenty of time to enjoy the museum on our own—you could spend ages exploring it all! Highly recommended! Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The guide communicated his delay, very grateful, convincing explanation... he took us to a jewelry store which was not included in the tour, but in the end, nothing was bought, everything was very expensive, it seems he got so upset that he suggested leaving me at the hotel and continuing with the other members...

A very interesting guide. He took a lot of time to explain things, which was great. We visited almost all the sections, then we had free time to see or review things at our own pace. We had plenty of time for the day, but in our case, that was an advantage. Opinion translated. Show original.

This tour consists of two parts: Part 1 - Museum and Tutankhamun. The guide's explanation was very brief, and I think more time should be allowed for photos in each room, instead of free time at the end, as it's difficult for non-experts to find the artworks in the museum; it's not intuitive, and everything is in Arabic and English. Part 2 - The Sun Ship of Cheops. The guide didn't accompany us or explain anything. Finally, there was a three-hour pick-up time; the guide coordinated the groups and left.

They picked us up at the agreed time and we had as much time as we wanted to see the museum at our own pace. The problem is that the guide gave us an explanation of an hour and a half at most, and then sat down while we visited the museum on our own. Given what we saw, it wasn't necessary to take this tour since we thought the guide would lead us and explain many more things considering the size of the museum and the amount of things to see. An audio guide would have been sufficient.

The tour with guide Asma was excellent, showing all the main attractions of the museum, details of its history and existing collections, with time for photos and exploring the annex with the solar boat. One problematic point was the inclusion of a lunch at an additional cost by the Dunas contact, Ahmed, arranged with part of the group, even suggesting that we could return by Uber if we didn't accept the "surprise". But the contracted package included round-trip transfer. The imposition of the paid meal was unacceptable.
