The guide was very rude. We didn't receive any guidance on where to wait, and so we were at the hotel reception waiting. She called saying she had sent a message, but it was to Civitatis, which in turn sent it to the agency. She just didn't consider that there is no work at the agency on Saturdays and there is also the time zone difference.

Translate this opinion into English.

An unforgettable experience in Madeira. From the very first moment, our guide, Daniel, won us over with his punctuality, friendliness, and warmth. Dinner was simply delicious and generous in portion, with an authentic flavor. The icing on the cake was a traditional Madeiran dance performance that left us speechless. An evening filled with joy, culture, and good company. We would definitely come back! Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

A very pleasant evening. The atmosphere is good and the meal was very good (special mention for the beef skewers whose meat was very tender). We happily got refills of both drinks and food. The folk show, a family troupe, takes place in two parts (between courses), which allows you to follow and participate. They also come to sell you some items at reasonable prices. Overall, I had a good evening. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

It was spectacular! One of the best restaurants I've ever eaten in, the people, the dancing made it a fun atmosphere, the food was very, very fresh and juicy. Keep in mind that it's traditional Madeiran food! There's no caviar and the restaurant can hold more than 100 people, so if you don't like the hustle and bustle and you like Michelin-starred food, this isn't your place. Opinion translated.

I enjoyed the activity with a lot of excitement, however, the guide said there would be 3 dishes and there were only soup and espetadas, but they were divine. Another negative aspect was that we waited more than an hour for the transport. We were told that the delay was due to traffic, but they could have made a phone call in that regard; I had to be the one to ask about the delay.

Translate this opinion into English.

The transfer was punctual and efficient with a very friendly driver. Dinner was great, in quality and quantity of food and wine. We were able to try the wine as an aperitif, the typical meat with its accessories, very good wine and a digestive liqueur at the end of dinner. Above all, we enjoyed the company of the other diners. The only negative thing was the folklore show. As it was a weekday and there was little audience, it is known that they were not very motivated to perform. Very sad. Opinion translated. Lively atmosphere. Good food although it took a while to get a gin and tonic but I think that was down to the language barrier. Overall it was a great evening and the folk group were brilliant. The lady that took us and picked us up was lovely and really looked after us.

It is a pity that such a pleasant experience became a joke, we ordered 2 espetadas of meat and 1 of chicken just as it was contracted and they only brought one of meat and one of chicken, the waiter saying that he would bring it later. that never happened just like the cafes that didn't put them on us either The guide and the formidable music and the fabulous meat and chicken

Translate this opinion into English.

Translate this opinion into English.
