Nosotros nos ahorramos casi 30€ por persona Translate this opinion into English.

If you plan to visit many monuments and use Lisbon's public transport, this card is very useful because it saves you quite a bit of money and time at some places. The only downside is having to have the physical card to book tickets for Belém Tower and Jerónimos Monastery. If you try to book for the same day you pick up the card, it will be impossible. However, if you get the 72-hour card like we did, you'll find available spots. We saved almost €30 per person. Opinion translated. Show original.

Cordali saluti.

Good morning, activating the card at the airport is convenient and quick; it allows you to skip the lines at the entrances (e.g., Sao Jorge castle); the price (€62 for three days) is not bad, but it could be better. However, we noticed that to book visits to the Belem Tower and the Jeronimos Monastery, the procedure written in your email did not match what was on the indicated website, and we had to get help from the information point at Praça do Comércio. Best regards.

I bought the Lisbon Card thinking more about the tourist attractions included with it. From my perspective, it seems unfair that I had to book entry to the Belém Tower and the Jerónimos Monastery when I already had the card. However, even with the card in hand, I couldn't book entry for the following days because there were no more spaces available. I think one should be able to book entry when booking the card.

The card works quite well for public transport. However, regarding the free admission it offers, I was unable to get tickets for the Belém Tower and the Jerónimos Monastery, also in Belém. I tried for three days: first before activating the card to make a reservation after activation, and then for two more days after activation. I kept getting errors, such as the code being invalid. Even on-site, I couldn't get tickets, although I could get them by paying.

The card is useful and practical, but you buy it online and can only be redeemed at a few physical locations, which aren't very many. The difficulties arise when you have to buy tickets from your smartphone (e.g., Belem Tower) using the cards, which you can only do when you have them physically in hand. We had to change our plans because there was no room for the Tower and the arrivals in the area on the day we had planned, and ordering tickets from your cell phone when you have multiple cards is complicated. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Great card for tourists, makes things much easier when using transport. Didn't like the way queue was managed at monastery as it seemed lisboa card holder line was the line that was heavily chocked, 3 tour bus loads of people got to enter after waiting 10 minutes, then 20 people from timed ticket line, then 4 people in lisboa card line. We waited more than an hour with queue barely moving. Needs looked at as people getting very angry and poor security people. Other than that I would say

Translate this opinion into English.

The card works well and is accepted without any problems. For collection, I'd recommend it outside of arrivals. Unfortunately, many places in Lisbon are closed for maintenance, so perhaps we haven't fully repaid ourselves (Belem Tower, Santa Justa Lift, Bica Lift, etc.). Perhaps when there are so many closures, it should be discounted. We lost one out of three, but despite the IDs, they don't replace it—a shame. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

My card worked perfectly for most forms of transport and for visiting attractions. It was very convenient, as I didn't have to queue for long at some places. Saving time and money by not having to buy tickets at different locations is a huge plus, since you want to see as much as possible, and this saves a lot of time. It's convenient, practical, and if you use it wisely, you can save a good amount of money. Opinion translated. Show original.

The card is very useful especially in transport, the only flaw in my opinion is that if you give free access to some main attractions but don't give the possibility of using it to book the ticket online for free, it is of little use. Because in order to avoid queuing or in any case speed up the time they recommend booking the ticket online, see the monastery and see the Belem tower but there is no possibility of booking online with the Lisboa card Opinion translated. La card a me è convenuta.

I don't understand why you can't book monuments until you have the Lisboa Card online... but then, for example, there were no tickets available for the Belém Tower, and for the Jerónimos Monastery, it was last minute. I think it's poorly designed; when you buy it online, they should give you a booking number for all the sites that require reservations.
