The massage was fine, but the staff's service was quite poor. When the masseuse finished, she simply left, and I was left alone with no guidance. I didn't even receive a towel to clean off the massage oil. I had to find my way out of the spa on my own and figure out how to open the door. There was no one to guide me to the exit; I had to guess whether the service had ended and how to get out.

Translate this opinion into English.

Difficult location. The voucher said we would meet there. There was no one there, we knocked on the door and they opened it. The staff at the riad were very friendly. The massage was good, but no different from other massages anywhere in Spain. But overall the experience was good. Opinion translated. Show original.

It wasn't bad, but I wouldn't recommend it to friends either. I spent about 30 minutes in the hammam with my partner. They used the same sponge and exfoliating glove for both of us, thank goodness we were a couple. The scalp exfoliation literally took 30 seconds.

Translate this opinion into English.

We were greeted by a man at the door and then by a lady called Safaa who offered us excellent service. She was very kind and friendly with us and if you ask her about the Hamman she explains everything step by step. We also spent an extra 15 minutes in the spa. So it is an experience that I recommend. Civitatis nunca falla. Translate this opinion into English.

Civitatis never fails. Last year I fell on a boat ladder that had no gangway and the last step was bent. I reported it but they washed their hands of it for hiring a boat without security. This year we waited 20 minutes at the door of the Hamman where we were going to have the massage. In the contract text, they said that someone would come and also asked us to be there at least 10 minutes before... but nobody showed up. Anything to say? The massage was divine. Opinion translated.

Both my partner and I liked it a lot, we were able to enjoy the experience together and not separately like in other places, they also cover your intimate area but they bathe everything except that area and I liked that because it is something more intimate, which What I liked the least was the exfoliating part, because it's like hitting yourself hard with a scrubber but it's great for removing dead skin, otherwise it's pleasant, especially the scalp, it leaves your skin very soft (I recommend giving the massage as well ) Opinion translated. Translate this opinion into English.

The experience in the Hammam was great. The girls who serve it are wonderful and very discreet. The Riad where it is located is spectacular and the staff is very friendly. They offered us tea as soon as we arrived and another at the end on the roof. Highly recommended. Without a doubt I will repeat when I return. Opinion translated. Show original.
