Translate this opinion into English.

We were picked up on time at the meeting point by Marco M and the driver, both incredibly friendly and pleasant. Our guide, Rafaelo, was also friendly and shared interesting facts about the ruins, as his father was an archaeologist there. The only thing to note was the heat, which was quite stifling, but our guide always found cool spots to give his explanations. Opinion translated. Show original.

It was fantastic! Our guide, Mery, was on the coach to Herculaneum and told us stories and interesting facts about the city, and our guide at the archaeological site, Anna, had endless knowledge about the city. She told us lots of stories and about how people lived there. The buildings are incredibly well-preserved, and there's a small museum that we also visited. We thought it was amazing! Translate this opinion into English.

The visit to Herculaneum was wonderful, with ideal weather, a quick trip, and a friendly, respectful guide who was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of this ancient city. Both Anna and Genaro were outstanding, and as guides, they provided excellent direction throughout the tour, from pick-up to the end. We highly recommend this tour operator for their punctuality, excellent service, and friendly approach. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The organization was very good, they pick you up at the hotel door and take you by van to the city of Herculaneum. The visit was very complete and the guide Bruno was very pleasant. The only downside is the timing... at 1:30 PM the sun is blazing and among so many stones it gets too hot, and then you don't know whether to eat at 12 or at 5 PM. The timing is not suitable for this visit. Opinion translated. Show original.

The activity is highly recommended, and the guide at the excavation was very professional. However, the pickup at the meeting point was a disaster. They sent us two emails with contradictory information and made us lose an hour because they were late. Keep in mind that it's midday, hot, and lunchtime.

Translate this opinion into English.

Translate this opinion into English.

It was a magnificent experience. We were in a group where there were only two of us who spoke Spanish, and instead of having to go with the whole group with an English-speaking guide, the tour operator's representative arranged for us to have a guide just for us. And Rafael, a truly exceptional guide with extensive knowledge of the area, accompanied us, sharing fascinating facts about the Greeks and Romans at a very pleasant pace. It was a completely unpretentious tour, highly recommended, especially with such a great guide. Opinion translated. Show original.

Not very well (due to circumstances beyond Civitatis' control) because the Tour of Campania cycling race was taking place and several streets and roads were closed. The guide, unable to attend, had to take over from another guide who was already leading a tour with a different group. Several groups were combined into one, and time was lost explaining in multiple languages. There wasn't even time to visit the College of the Augustales, which was the main building I wanted to see.

Translate this opinion into English.

No cumplieron nada.

When we were picked up, we found out the tour would be with an audio guide because there weren't six of us in the group. When I made the reservation, it stated the following: "The activity is conducted with a Spanish-speaking guide, although it may occasionally be bilingual. This activity requires a minimum of four participants. If this number is not reached, we will contact you to offer different alternatives." They didn't honor any of the terms. Paying €140 for those conditions would have been better than going independently.
