The cannon was fine, but to identify myself they asked for my card number, the one I used to make the payment, and guess what… my payment to Civitatis wasn't the same as the payment to the company. I was eventually able to sort it out, but they asked me to pay again and 'refund' Civitatis.

A nightmare. Civitatis gave me the wrong date, and if it weren't for the good intentions of the actual supplier (a subcontractor of Civitatis's subcontractor), I would have missed the excursion. I tried to resolve the issue, and Civitatis did absolutely nothing. There's no way to contact you, and the phone number you provide is invalid. I will never book anything with you again because you abandon your customers. One of the worst experiences of my life: The absolute worst.

PRECIOSO! NOS ENCANTÓ! NUESTRO GUIA NOS AYUDÓ HACIENDO UNAS FOTOS MARAVILLOSAS Y TOCANDO CON LA FLAUTA UNA TÍPICA CANCIÓN INDIA. IMPRESCINDIBLE, ES CARO PERO MERECE LA PENA Translate this opinion into English.

Beautiful! We loved it! Our guide helped us by taking wonderful photos and playing a traditional Indian song on the flute. A must-see, it's expensive but worth it. Opinion translated. Show original.

Guida navajo molto disponibile e simpatica. Percorso semplice e adatto a tutti. Luce e colori incredibili verso ora di pranzo. Translate this opinion into English.

Escursione orribile. Veramente sconsigliato!

Horrible hike. The guide literally made us run into the canyon. We never stopped to admire the wonders of nature. He took mediocre photos of us, and hardly any of us. Highly not recommended!

The place is beautiful, but the tour is rushed. There's no time for anything. And there was already another group behind us, so if you wanted to stop and take a picture, you couldn't. The value for money leaves much to be desired.

Canyon cmq molto bello.

Arriving on foot at the meeting point, we were forced to spend another ten dollars for bag and personal belongings storage. The prohibition should have been indicated on the reservation. The very rude employee told us that we could also skip going to the canyon since it’s just a canyon. I speak English and understood her perfectly. It's a shame about the exaggerated amount paid in advance for a very short visit. The canyon is very beautiful, though.

Translate this opinion into English.

The activity went very well. Everything well organized and the staff very friendly. They help you take very cool photos and are very patient with everyone (we didn't speak English). The only “but” I have is that I took the excursion at 12:30 to see the canyon with more light and that time is when you have to be at the pick-up point. The excursion starts 1 hour later and it was already dark. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Easy to find the starting point. Small group and with a very good guide. She helped us take photos in the most effective way possible. It's a pity we didn't have a guide in Italian, and we had booked the tour at 9:30, but we were placed in a later group despite checking in at 8:30. So there was little precision in the indicated times. But really beautiful. Opinion translated. Show original.
