The excursion with the red ibises, who gather on an island together for the night, was very good. The organization was a bit less so. The meeting point for me, since I'm not staying in Parnaíba, was Avenida Atlantico (35 minutes from where I'm staying). The night before, they texted me on WhatsApp that I'd be meeting right at the port (an hour from where I'm staying). That's fine, since I have a car, but do you think it's fair to pay the same amount as those who used the transfer?

In poche ore visto tanto! Translate this opinion into English.

We saw so much in just a few hours! Kudos to the guide, she worked incredibly hard: even though it wasn't planned, we saw alligators! Opinion translated. Show original.

Bellissima esperienza! Translate this opinion into English.

A wonderful experience! The skipper, even though he only spoke Portuguese, was very clear about what we were seeing and made several stops to show us different animals. The sight of the red ibises at sunset is truly beautiful. Opinion translated. Show original.

The Doa Huaras dunes are beautiful, but we had bad luck with the boat we were assigned. It set sail with engine trouble and had to return halfway to change boats, losing over an hour of the tour. To make up for lost time, the new boat traveled very quickly. We only spent 10 minutes on the dunes and were among the last to arrive at the macaw viewpoint and the first to leave. Many macaws were still flying…

It was complicated. They arrived to pick us up 40 minutes later in a vehicle that was too small for us. They thought there were only two of us. Then they came back 10 minutes later and provided us with a private boat because the group had already left. This meant our stop at the dune was only 10 minutes long. The positive aspect was Fernando, who waited for us when the boat arrived to take us to the hotel. He was very kind, attentive, a good driver, and gave us great recommendations.

Impresionantes Translate this opinion into English.

Excellent boat trip on the river to the Morro do Meio Dunes, and especially to the island where the scarlet ibises appear. Impressive. Opinion translated. Show original.
