The views from the tower are beautiful, but paying €30 to see the city from above and for an audio guide that tells you a few details is not really worth it. We thought that on the way up to the tower you could see the clock mechanism and the apostles from the inside, but what they show you is a screen to see it. A bit disappointing.

Very interesting and complete guided tour by Martina from "Get Prague", always willing to answer to questions about the clock and Prague. All accurate data, delivered clearly and kindly. The views from the tower are breathtaking, especially close to sunset time. Highly recommended!

Davvero soddisfatto. Consiglio questa esperienza. Translate this opinion into English.

It's a shame that the astronomical clock mechanism hasn't been open to visitors for a few years now, but walking the entire interior route, the rooms of the old town hall, and even the basement, the tower, and the chapel with its splendid stained-glass windows, is well worth the ticket price. Truly satisfied. I recommend this experience. Opinion translated. Show original.

We enjoyed our guide and the tour, but for the price we paid, she could have accompanied us and shown us the part of the clock that's only accessible with a guide. If you want to take the elevator up, you have to pay a separate entrance fee. We understand that's not part of the tour we booked, but just going up to the viewpoint wasn't enough.

The price we paid for tickets with Civitatis was DOUBLE what the ticket office indicated. Civitatis's descriptions did NOT match reality: there was no white umbrella, it was an office. The assigned guide did NOT speak Spanish.

Fatal.

Terrible. The tour was in English even though we had booked it in Spanish. The audio guide was a mobile app; they didn't tell us this and we had to buy headphones. On top of that, two narrations overlapped, so we couldn't understand anything. The only positive was the climb to the tower, which we had to do on our own.

We had booked the tour in Spanish for 2 pm. When we arrived at the meeting point, the organizers told us to go have a beer and come back at 3 pm [very unprofessional] (they said the person giving the tour wouldn't be there until then). We returned at 3 pm and a guy took us to the clock, explained something for 15 minutes, and that was it.

Translate this opinion into English.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the wait and the way your arrival at the meeting point was handled. We also apologize if the communication you received was inadequate, as we understand it wasn't the level of service you expected. We would like to clarify that this activity includes a brief introduction to the history of the tower and the necessary information for a self-guided visit afterward, not a full guided tour inside the monument. Nevertheless, we have taken note of your comments to improve both the organization and the service at the meeting point. Opinion translated. Show original.
