Alicia, our guide, was a wonderful woman who explained everything with incredible passion. She gave us a privileged glimpse into the history and places of the Vatican. It's clear she's very well-liked there. Thank you, Alicia, because without you it wouldn't have been possible to leave so completely captivated. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Very good. Francesca was very kind and friendly, and made the visit interesting. I would like to add that Civitatis' explanation of the meeting point isn't entirely clear. They should clarify that there are TWO staircases in front of the museum, and that the ones for the meeting point are across the street, on the opposite side from the museum doors. The way they describe it is confusing. Opinion translated. Show original.

La actividad esta muy bien. Carla encantadora.

The activity was great. Carla was lovely. She explained everything really well. What I didn't like at all was that at the beginning it was hard to find the guide (he was one of Carla's companions). Instead of being visible, he was talking while half-hidden and didn't become visible until 4 minutes before the activity. And we felt cheated because they changed the activity from 7:45 to 9:30, claiming that the museum opened later and that we were still the first ones there, but that was a lie; we weren't the first ones there.

Así pues el precio me parecio excesivo Translate this opinion into English.

Valentina is an exceptional guide, very friendly and she resolved all our doubts. Now, the museum itself is a complete chaos. It was packed with people from the very first hour and it was infernally hot. I don’t think it’s worth paying for a small group experience or the early wake-up since you end up entering quite late due to poor organization. It’s also not true that the entry time was different from that of the general public. Therefore, the price seemed excessive to me. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

I found the activity very good; it's a great tour through the Vatican Museums. The tour ends just before the Sistine Chapel, but seeing it is a beautiful experience. The guide is Italian and speaks Spanish, making the tour very enjoyable. The only thing to improve is having the blue Tourismotion flag at the meeting point, 4 Tunisi Avenue, at the beginning of the tour. Opinion translated. Show original.

Well done to our guide Julia, who explained everything very well and was attentive to the group at all times. It was a pleasure to meet her. However, the reservation was for priority entry first thing in the morning, and they changed it to an hour and a half later, so you pay more without any additional benefit.

Our guide, Frederica, was amazing! Her historical knowledge of the Vatican's development and its museum collection was remarkably in-depth. She skillfully blended fascinating facts with humor and modern comparisons that made everything easy to understand. It was a long walk, but definitely worth every step.

Translate this opinion into English.

The experience was wonderful. We were a small group, which made it much more enjoyable.

The tour was excellent, and our guide Elena was incredible. She explained everything very well, clearly knows her stuff, and was very attentive. A wonderful tour and guide! I'm not giving it an "Excellent" rating because the tour operator's organization left something to be desired. When we arrived at the meeting point, there was nobody there. All the other groups of visitors, speaking all different languages, were there, and none of them were. It was a bit stressful at first, as other tour operators already had everything organized.

The Sistine Chapel is incredible; it's definitely worth a visit. However, in my case, the guide didn't live up to the museum's standards. We stopped twice for almost an hour as soon as we entered, and then we were just running around the museum like the Road Runner. Even so, the chapel was worth seeing.

If you choose a small tour of 10 people, it's so that the guide can enter the Sistine Chapel and not give explanations outside. There are other tour operators that enter and respectfully provide explanations inside. I find the price to be high for ultimately doing a tour like those that are cheaper. Where is the difference?

I travelled with my partner

Translate this opinion into English.

The tour was great! I recommend hiring one because doing it on your own puts you in incredibly long lines, and you won't get the essential information a guide provides. There was a slight delay at the beginning because the guide in charge didn't show up, but the company quickly arranged for another guide who, by the way, was excellent. Opinion translated. Due to the rain, there was a slight delay in the team's arrival at the meeting point, which was highly understandable given the circumstances. The guide was excellent and always very attentive and careful with everyone in the group. We Brazilians took the tour in Spanish, but she often spoke words in Portuguese and was concerned that we wouldn't understand the language, but it was all very manageable. Opinion translated. Gracias Cristina. Translate this opinion into English.

100% recommended! I had visited the Vatican before, but never like this. Thanks to our guide Cristina, it was an unbeatable experience—kind, approachable, and always looking for the best spots to explain everything in great detail. You can tell she loves what she does; she tells you everything in a way that truly moves you. I went with my daughters, aged 12 and 14, and I thought they might get bored, but they left completely enamored with the Vatican and wanting more. Three hours flew by. Thank you, Cristina! Translate this opinion into English.

The guide Laura showed knowledge and provided us with detailed information. We loved the tour with her. I just thought the company's team should have arrived earlier, as I arrived 10 minutes in advance as requested, found the staircase crowded and many groups gathering, but we were looking for someone and were starting to get worried. Anyway, the team arrived at the last minute. Opinion translated. Show original.

Our guide, Bernadette, was extremely knowledgeable and kept a running commentary into the history and significance of the many pieces and buildings viewed throughout the museum and helped set the stage for the significance of some of the sites we saw in the Sistine Chapel. There was so much to see, it really helped having a tour guide for this trip, and Bernadette was probably our best tour guide of our whole trip to Rome. We would highly recommend!

Translate this opinion into English.

A good option in Spanish. The guide, who has a background in art history, gave an interesting explanation. She summarized the most important aspects in a tight time, leaving between 30 minutes and an hour to allow for a more relaxed and leisurely tour. Opinion translated. Show original.
