Falta explicar detalles y tener mayor supervisión.

The activity itself was fine, however, there was a lack of information about how to get into the water, how much to cover up afterward, possible effects on the body, and warning signs. The lake was also very far from our sauna; we never found it and were freezing on the way back. Serious accidents can happen if more information or guidance isn't provided during the activity. Details need to be explained, and there needs to be more supervision.

Translate this opinion into English.

Translate this opinion into English.

The Finnish sauna is definitely a must-do! We really enjoyed the moment, especially since we had a view of the lake. For the lucky ones, you will see the Northern Lights. The sauna lasts for one hour, but to be honest, it goes by quite quickly, especially if there are three of you. Additionally, in the sauna, we were very cramped for three people, I recommend being two. Our guide, who was of Italian origin, took great care of us. Opinion translated. Show original.

Lo aconsejo Translate this opinion into English.

Very entertaining activity. They take you to private saunas in a very nice place. The sauna is about 70 degrees and from there you directly enter a small pool made in a frozen lake. It's very very very very cold but it's very fun. I advise it Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

It was an incredible experience. It is true that a little more light would have been nice, although our guide Annalisa solved it for us by giving us a lamp. We also managed to see a northern lights thanks to Annalisa telling us to get out of the sauna. Opinion translated. Show original.

Lo recomendamos 100% Translate this opinion into English.

It has been a very fun experience! My partner was afraid to bathe in the lake, because of the cold, but since the sauna is right on top of the lake, bathing is very pleasant. On the other hand, the guides were lovely. Antonella very nice and always worried that we did not lack anything and Manu a crack, he explained super curious things about Finland, nature and fauna. We recommend it 100% Opinion translated. Show original.

Pierre, our French guide, explains to us that traditionally sessions of 10 to 30 minutes in the sauna (80/90°) then swimming in the frozen lake. Unique experience.

The experience was very good and as always the guys from Nórdic Unique Travels were outstanding, in this case María, the Portuguese girl, just like the rest with whom we shared different experiences. Congratulations! On the other hand, the sauna could use some maintenance because the door of the changing room didn't close and there was no light, making changing or drying off more of an adventure than the sauna itself, hehe. Translate this opinion into English.

The activity was perfect in almost every way, Spanish-speaking guide, very good treatment, plus we saw the aurora and the sauna was incredible and private. The only downside was that our activity overlapped with the float suit one, and there were a lot of people in the small hole in the lake to bathe, which took away from the charm of the activity. However, we had the last 10 minutes to enjoy it alone. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The activity was good, we got a small sauna, but it was fine. The changing area was a bit small and we couldn't change comfortably. Our guide Laura did an excellent job. They made a small hole in the frozen lake and we got in to try the experience. I would only say that if you have time, it's better to go separately to the sauna and to see an aurora, because if you do everything together, you have little time in the sauna and you feel rushed. :) Translate this opinion into English.

Great experience. Our French guide was brilliant, taught us lots of things about Lapland and gave us lots of tips for our stay (things to see in Rovaniemi, how to see the Northern Lights, where to buy souvenirs ...). We had a wonderful evening, thank you very much! :) Opinion translated. Show original.

I would recommend this agency 100%. We book through Civitatis and I have to give the service a 10. They have an impressive organization. We did the sauna and bath excursion in the frozen lake and Naomi was our guide and I must say that I have to give her another 10. Because she has told us a lot of Lapland history, what to do, customs ... ..we have driven her crazy to questions but still without asking, she told us. It was like having a free tour so without it Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.
