Great! The guide was very friendly and punctual. He took us to a lake where we waited for them to appear. You can tell he knows his stuff! We were lucky and one showed up, though we didn't get much time before it got cloudy, but at least we saw it! They also make an effort to bring a good camera and ensure you take home a great souvenir. Opinion translated. Show original.

Guide disponibili e molto preparate. Consigliato! Translate this opinion into English.

Despite the evening's inclement weather, Juan and Nicole were impeccable, and after a delicious barbecue, they managed to take us to a location where we could catch a glimpse of the Aurora Borealis. Along the way, we even had the chance to see some reindeer. The guides were helpful and very knowledgeable. Highly recommended! Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

It was a wonderful experience. I booked a couple of weeks before departure. On Civitatis, the price was the cheapest compared to other tours. The agency that conducted the tour was impeccable, there was also a guide in Italian, Gianluigi, a friendly and nice guy. The agency's office is right in the center, from there we set off to arrive at an ice-covered lake to witness the northern lights. We were lucky enough to see it right away without traveling many kilometers. Opinion translated. Show original.

Esperienza fantastica! Consigliatissimo! Translate this opinion into English.

Fantastic experience! Truly spectacular Northern Lights tour: as soon as we arrived, we were lucky enough to see the auroras right away—a magical moment. The dinner was excellent, well-prepared, and very enjoyable. The guys, Valter and Sara, who guided us, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making everything even more fun and relaxing. Me siento estafado. No recomiendo en absoluto a Nordic Unique Travels.

A disastrous and dangerous tour. The guide, a Portuguese national, took us to a spot on the road with no safety measures in place, where we couldn't even see the Northern Lights. The explanations were poor and it was a complete waste of time. This is a scam: the "dinner" was just tea and biscuits. Nothing like what was advertised. I feel ripped off. I absolutely do not recommend Nordic Unique Travels.

After consulting with the provider, we were able to confirm that the second stop was not on a road, but in a parking lot that meets safety requirements and has been used on several occasions. Regarding the Northern Lights, as they are a natural phenomenon, they are not always visible. We apologize if the activity did not meet your expectations and we will continue working to improve.

Terrible because you couldn't see the Northern Lights, so don't choose a toupee where the car is stuck waiting for the sky to clear.

In my case, we saw the Northern Lights because the sky was clear. Regarding the services offered by the company, they're rather poor. They advertise a barbecue, but all you really get is a sausage. Furthermore, they didn't give us a salmon soup that was actually quite good, nor a marshmallow of sweets to roast over the fire. It was picturesque because we were sheltered from the cold in teepees with a central fire, although the seats were uncomfortable. In my opinion, I expected to go further from populated areas without pollution.

The guides were great; they entertained and made the evening enjoyable. The downside was that the group was large, and more than half decided to leave early, so the activity lasted an hour less. I don't know if we would have had a chance to see the auroras with that hour, but I'll always wonder.
