Excessive price for what it is, but everything is expensive in Lapland. It's a sleigh ride of a few minutes and a story about reindeer farming. I had also booked with a guide in Italian, but it was in English.

Guida molto disponibile in italiano Il giro dura pochi minuti. Potrebbero far fare un giro in più. Translate this opinion into English.

The guide was very helpful in Italian. The tour lasted a few minutes. They could have us do an extra tour. Opinion translated. Show original.

Poca professionalità dalla guida all'autista.

Nice visit but vague explanations and not translated simultaneously. The worst part: the stress of getting us on and off the bus! Stress stemming from the fact that the driver had other pickups right after and didn’t have "time to waste" with us. The guide: forced us to get off without taking off our jackets on the bus, making us dress on the street, and this also for the children, telling us "it’s not that cold". We were obviously below zero. Little professionalism from the guide and the driver.

Our guide Tommaso was great and translated everything for us. When we arrived at the farm not far from ROVANIEMI we fed the reindeer, then took a 7/8 minute ride on the reindeer guided by us and finally they welcomed us in a typical house where they explained to us the life of the reindeer.

Our guide Andrea, the Sicilian, was very kind and welcoming, always ready to answer our questions. Very knowledgeable and very nice. The farm was very cute and the cookies offered were delicious. The reindeer ride was very short on a circular route... it would have been nicer if it had been longer and in the midst of nature. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The experience was enlightening: it made us understand the importance of reindeer to the Sámi people. The sleigh ride, contrary to what I believed, is done alone, through the forest on a fenced circular path; it lasts about ten minutes; what a pity! I would have continued to wander around! Our Italian guide, Victor, was excellent: attentive and engaged. Opinion translated. Show original.

Fantastic experience, you really get to be in contact with the reindeer. Besides the sleigh ride, you can feed them. Additionally, after the ride, they made us comfortable in a warm room where they provided us with hot drinks and cinnamon buns. The staff is available to answer questions and curiosities.

The experience is very short (10 min drive from the city center... not so "far from the chaos and in a forest", as described) nice ride on the reindeer. It's not that easy to pet them, you won't be feeding them (unlike what was written). We would have liked to learn more about the reindeer and Lapland in general, but the explanation is also very brief. In an hour, you are already gone and back.

Translate this opinion into English.

The reindeer ride was nice, short but enough for the cold. The explanation from the owner would have been nice, too bad it was all in English and our guide didn't translate for us. Opinion translated. Show original.
