Excellent service despite the scheduling conflict due to the strike. Our guide, Marion, made the wait pleasant and suggested exploring the surrounding area. The visit to Versailles with Marion is highly recommended; it was very clear and enjoyable. Afterwards, we had free time to explore the gardens and the Trianon. Excellent! Opinion translated.

When we arrived, we weren't on the list, and we had to wait quite a while for them to confirm our reservation. By the time they confirmed it, the groups were already formed, and we had to find another group to join, who initially told us the same thing—that we weren't on the list. It was eventually sorted out, but it was a rather awkward and annoying situation.

The activity was fine, the only thing I'd like to point out is that the meeting point rules weren't followed. The guide wasn't there at the agreed-upon time. We arrived by Uber about half an hour early at the meeting point, and while we waited, only a few guides from English-speaking groups showed up; no one from Spanish-speaking groups appeared. Besides that, we were told she would be wearing a red vest and carrying a blue flag. She wasn't. We missed the beginning of the tour outside the palace.

Translate this opinion into English.

It was a fantastic experience. Barbara, our guide, was very kind and always pleasant, and we learned a lot from her extensive knowledge. Plus, we avoided the long lines to get in, which was a real plus given the high temperatures. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

I enjoyed the tour. Juan is an experienced guide who clearly enjoys his work and explains everything very well. The only downside I see is that the price is high for the length of the tour. Half the time we're waiting for the guide to collect tickets, headphones, etc. And then, in just over half an hour, you have to rush through everything. To be honest, I had such high expectations for Versailles that I was a little disappointed. Opinion translated. Show original.

It was difficult to find the contact person, as the directions said it was someone wearing a red vest, and he wasn't wearing one. Then Juan gave us the tour; he said it would last an hour, but it seemed like he was being rushed. Everything was incredibly fast, and we didn't get a good look at the rooms. The tour ended in about 40 minutes.

The truth is, the guide was a real find...the way she told the story was so harmonious. Details, interesting facts, etc. All very enjoyable. The only flaw, which I think is very important and shouldn't happen, is that when we arrived at the meeting point on time, there was nobody there. Luckily, we asked other guides and they told us it would probably be near the palace entrance. I don't think this should be the case, because if someone doesn't ask, they'll be left behind...

I felt that arriving at 10:30 in 30-degree heat, only to enter the palace at 11:20, was excessive. I think the time we were kept waiting in the blazing sun was unreasonable. The guide arrived at 10:45, even though we were asked to arrive at 10:30. The explanations were adequate, without much enthusiasm or anything particularly noteworthy.

The place was beautiful, and the guide explained everything well. However, the headphones didn't work properly, which meant we missed a lot of the explanation (there were three of us together, and they only worked for one of us). Too many people made it difficult to admire everything properly. Magnificent gardens.

Definitivamente si regreso a Versalles, lo volvería a tomar Translate this opinion into English.

One of the best tours I've ever been on. Oswaldo made it unforgettable. He was always sharing interesting facts, giving us time for photos, and making sure we could always see the main attractions in the rooms clearly. If I return to Versailles, I would definitely take this tour again. Opinion translated. Show original.

Llegamos a tiempo a versaillle.

We arrived in Versailles on time. The guide never showed up, and they sent us to wait in the cafeteria, which was freezing. We decided to change tours; the guide was very good, but she was in English, not Spanish. I didn't even meet our guide, but it was awful that he didn't arrive on time. That's why I rate the experience as just okay.
