Translate this opinion into English.

The experience has been very satisfying. It's the second time we've done it, and this time it was even better, since in addition to the round trip, the activity included a guided tour that we really enjoyed, thanks to Rubén, whose explanations and touches of humor made the visit very pleasant and enriching. Translate this opinion into English.

A wonderful experience! I knew Galicia but hadn't been to the Cíes Islands. It's absolutely worth going. The beaches, the trails with views from different points... the guides are super friendly and explain things very well; you can tell they love nature. In short, a must-see if you go to Galicia, and I'll definitely be back. Opinion translated. Show original.

Experiencia a repetir Translate this opinion into English.

The experience with the service provider was very positive. They were punctual, and the onboard crew was very friendly and helpful. However, on the islands, the very cold and windy weather dampened expectations, but nobody can predict the weather with 100%. An experience to be repeated. Opinion translated. Show original.

Bien.

Okay. We were thrown off when, upon collecting our tickets, the woman told us that at the boarding dock they would ask for our ID cards and the authorizations from the Xunta (Galician regional government), and that without them we couldn't travel. While we were queuing at the dock, another woman told us we had to have our ID cards and authorizations ready. Then, when the colleague came to scan the QR code on the authorization, we showed him our ID cards and he told us no, to keep them. We insisted, and he said no, to keep them. I don't understand.

Sin duda volveré ha coger este serviy. Translate this opinion into English.

The guided tour Rubén gave us was exceptional. The weather wasn't great that day, but thanks to Rubén, we have an incredible memory of the island. He was a ray of sunshine, hehe, with excellent knowledge of the flora and fauna. Thank you so much for your passion, Rubén; it was contagious. We're also grateful that we were able to return earlier. I will definitely use this service again. Opinion translated. Show original.

A wonderful experience. The ferry trip to the Cíes Islands was very pleasant, with beautiful views throughout the journey. Everything was very well organized and comfortable. Without a doubt, a highly recommended visit to enjoy one of the most beautiful places in Galicia. We took the guided tour of the Cíes Islands and it was a fantastic experience. Our guide was wonderful: she explained many interesting things about the islands, their history, Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

The island does not have much activity, which is understandable because there is a lot of concern for environmental protection. However, when the weather is bad, there is nothing to do on the island and no shelters. The boats should have more departure and return times available, and reservations should only be possible for the day and not with specific pre-scheduled times. Opinion translated. Show original.

Everything was perfect, a trip I'd definitely repeat! A wonderful experience both on the boat and on the island! Translate this opinion into English.

The activity was very good, although it wasn't the one I chose because the permits hadn't arrived and Civitatis only notified me a few days before. I made the reservation in July and they didn't tell me I couldn't do it until 3 or 4 days before the date. Very unprofessional, to be honest. Ons Island is beautiful, but I'd already been there. Translate this opinion into English.

A wonderful and highly recommended experience. We had the best possible guide, Sabela, who not only showed us around the island but also told us about its nature and wildlife, sharing countless stories that made us feel like we were part of it. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful day and were able to enjoy a swim in its freezing waters, which were well worth it. A fantastic day in a wonder of the world. Opinion translated. Translate this opinion into English.

Everything was perfect. No problems at all. The ferry left on time, both going and returning. The islands were stunning, and the beaches spectacular. The water was a bit chilly, but we had a beautiful day and were able to take a couple of dips in its clear, transparent waters. Amazing. Opinion translated. Show original.

Super bien. Por lo demas : espectacular Translate this opinion into English.

Super good. The ferry to the Cíes Islands was very well organized. I just missed not receiving the QR code from the Xunta de Galicia to authorize going to the island. I managed it at a Mar de Ons office that is in front of the port. Other than that: spectacular Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Everything went well, but we were initially a bit confused, which made things difficult for us. It's best to specify the ticket collection point precisely. It's not enough to say "in front of the Mar de Ons ferry company ticket offices, via...". You need to specify "inside the shopping arcade/supermarket opposite." This is the branch of the ticket office where you can collect your tickets. Opinion translated. Show original.

Translate this opinion into English.

Well, it started with a disappointment because I wanted to go to the Cíes Islands. And a week before, the shipping company called me to change it. The boat ride is nice but it feels a bit long. We arrived very late to the island and I couldn't go on the route with the guide because it was lunchtime. The island is nice but I expected more. However, everyone was very friendly. Translate this opinion into English.

The entire trip can be described in one word: "EXCELLENT." It was incredibly enjoyable, and I spent 11 hours there, which gave me time to see almost all of the Cíes Islands. What stood out most was the kindness of all the Mar de Ons staff, from the information desk attendants and the boat crew on the outbound and return journeys to the women at the port before we returned to Vigo. Thank you so much for making this trip a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Opinion translated. Show original.

Overall, it was good. The only issue was the guy at the ticket office who was so-so when explaining where to catch the ferry. We asked him twice, and his explanation wasn't helpful. It was simple, but when you're in an unfamiliar place, anyone can get lost and needs a more detailed explanation than usual. It was only a 30-second explanation. The ferry staff were very good.

Dia redondo! Translate this opinion into English.

A fabulous experience! Islands that still retain a wild character, highly recommended hiking trails, impressive cliffs and dreamy beaches, crystal-clear turquoise water, and flour-white sand. Translate this opinion into English.

An amazing experience and the whole process was perfect. It's so convenient that they handle the Xunta permit for the Cíes Islands as part of the ferry trip. I would book with Civitatis again without hesitation. If I had to add anything, I think the trip took longer than estimated, both going and returning. Opinion translated. Show original.

When we exchanged our tickets, they told us the return trip was at 1:00 PM or 5:00 PM, even though we had a return trip at 6:00 PM. We went to board, only to find out we could only get on if there was space left. The guy at Mar de Ons should explain everything better. Otherwise, it was fine. But that information was poorly managed.
